Carat weight: 1 carat = 200 milligrams = 6.5 mm diameter. Doubling weight doesn't double diameter.
Diamond clarity: FL/IF/VVS/VS = super expensive, near perfect. SI = best value if you can check a photo for obvious inclusions (defects).
Color: D-G = colorless, expensive, only if you have money to burn. H-J = best value. Can go lower in gold metal settings than white metal.
Cut: Better cut ratings let more light into a diamond, making it sparkle more. Very important property, don't skimp here.

For $27120, if you've done your shopping properly you should have a nice stone; ensure that you are harsh in your judgement when you're looking at this diamond. Girdle thickness (for this diamond the girdle is "Thin to slightly thick") can play an important role in the apparent size of the diamond, which is detailed in my girdle thickness article. The visual attractiveness of this diamond will be quite good due to its Premium cut, although not quite as good as the more costly higher cut grades. F color diamonds are usually described as the colorless diamonds, being some of the purest white diamonds available for sale.
Put this 1.92 carat weight in perspective when you weigh up your diamond options - there are going to be other stones of about the same size which might offer more in terms of their cost and properties.
VS means Very Slightly Included - this VS1 clarity diamond contains some smaller inclusions which might or might not be easy to see under 10x magnification, but almost never visible using just the naked eye - however it can occur sometimes.
