Diamond clarity: FL/IF/VVS/VS = super expensive, near perfect. SI = best value if you can check a photo for obvious inclusions (defects).
Color: D-G = colorless, expensive, only if you have money to burn. H-J = best value. Can go lower in gold metal settings than white metal.
Cut: Better cut ratings let more light into a diamond, making it sparkle more. Very important property, don't skimp here.

This diamond has high quality properties - a color rating of G, combined with a sometimes dodgy SI1 clarity grading - this means you need to check the clarity yourself in the photo.

The Ideal cut means the diamond will shine significantly more in comparison to lower cut quality diamonds, maximizing attractiveness. The G color of this diamond provides great value, as it is not one of the expensive premium color grades D-F.
