Diamond clarity: FL/IF/VVS/VS = super expensive, near perfect. SI = best value if you can check a photo for obvious inclusions (defects).
Color: D-G = colorless, expensive, only if you have money to burn. H-J = best value. Can go lower in gold metal settings than white metal.
Cut: Better cut ratings let more light into a diamond, making it sparkle more. Very important property, don't skimp here.

Don't try and assess diamond color from a photo - there's no need, as it's an F color - but you should be looking at the photo to check whether its SI1 clarity grading is because of any large defects and inclusions.

The difference between any adjacent colors in the D-E-F range is only detectable in a lab, with the significance that this F color diamond is not distinguishable from diamonds rated only one color grade differently. Spending only $650 on the diamond, one will be able to save more cash to use for other costs such as the wedding. There is a blank in the girdle description for this diamond - it is possible for a diamond to have no girdle, known as a knife-edge girdle.
